This policy explains what personal information AI-SC CAPITAL LLC (“AI-SC Investing,” “we,” “us”) collects when you use aiscinvesting.com, join the AI-SC Investing Academy membership, or apply to the AI-SC Investing Partner Program — why we collect it, who it goes to, and what you can ask us to do with it.
AI-SC CAPITAL LLC is an Indiana limited liability company. Questions about anything in this policy go to support@aiscinvesting.com.

We do not collect payment card numbers. Card details are entered on Gumroad’s checkout and are never transmitted to or stored by us.
Our Partner Program application has two separate consent checkboxes, and neither is required to submit the application:
Service messages — updates about your application, your account, and your referral activity.
Marketing messages — Partner Program news, educational content, and promotions.
Visitors to aiscinvesting.com may also consent to receive SMS communications by submitting their mobile number through the chat widget on our website, which includes a mandatory consent checkbox at the time of submission.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Opting out of marketing messages does not cancel your membership or your partner status.
Mobile information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Phone numbers and SMS consent are not shared with anyone except the messaging provider that delivers the message on our behalf.
We share personal information only with the service providers that make the business run, and only so they can do their job for us:

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
The website uses Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel. These set cookies and similar technologies that tell us how many people visit, which pages they read, and which ads brought them here. The Meta Pixel also lets us measure and target advertising on Meta’s platforms.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use Google’s opt-out browser add-on, and adjust ad settings inside your Facebook or Instagram account. Blocking them does not affect your access to any course you have paid for.
Membership and payment records are kept for as long as your membership is active and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Partner Program records, including commission history and any Form W-9, are kept for the same reason. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of the provider.
To exercise any of these, email support@aiscinvesting.com from the address on your account. We will not treat you differently for asking.
This service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Payments and card data are handled entirely by Gumroad and PayPal. The website is served over HTTPS. Our provider accounts are protected by password and, where available, two-factor authentication. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will also be announced by email to active members and partners.
